About the project
The client was generating leads through Facebook Ads but losing most of them to slow follow-up. No automation, no CRM, and no system to handle inquiries after hours.
We built a complete end-to-end automation system using ManyChat and GoHighLevel. The AI chatbot handles all property inquiries 24/7 — answering questions about pricing, unit types, payment plans, and facilities without any manual input. Every lead captured through Facebook Ads or Instagram DMs is automatically pushed into GoHighLevel CRM, tagged by source, and enrolled into a 5-week email nurture sequence. A WhatsApp follow-up workflow runs on Day 1, 3, 8, 14, and 21 — ensuring no lead goes cold. Facebook Ads performance is tracked across 7 audience segments inside GHL, giving the sales team full visibility on which campaigns are converting.

Challanges
Leads were coming in but going cold within hours. The sales team was handling every inquiry manually, missing follow-ups and losing deals to faster competitors.
The client was losing leads every day because the response time was over 6 hours. By the time the sales team followed up, prospects had already contacted a competitor. Every missed message was a missed deal — and there was no system to prevent it from happening again.
Results
The system went live and immediately started capturing and following up with every lead automatically.
Within the first month, the system captured 2,742 active leads with 2,520 automation sends completed without any manual work. Phone number capture grew by 106% due to the WhatsApp qualification flow. Lead response time dropped from 6 hours to under 2 minutes — giving the sales team a significant edge over competitors. The client now runs a fully automated lead pipeline that works 24/7 across Facebook Ads, Instagram DMs, email, WhatsApp, and GHL CRM.
