About the project
The fitness coach was getting leads from Instagram and Facebook ads but had no system to capture, nurture or follow up with them automatically.
We built a complete GoHighLevel system from scratch. Landing page captures leads from Facebook ads and Instagram traffic. Every lead is automatically added to the CRM pipeline with proper tagging and segmentation.Automated email and SMS sequences nurture leads over 7 days — building trust and pushing them toward booking a consultation call. Appointment booking is fully automated via GHL calendar with confirmation and reminder messages sent automatically.
Challanges
