Built a complete Facebook Lead Ads to GoHighLevel integration — every lead captured from Facebook ads is instantly pushed into GHL CRM, tagged by campaign source, and enrolled into automated follow-up sequences without any manual work.


About the project
The client was running Facebook Lead Ads but losing leads because there was no automated system to capture and follow up with them instantly. Leads were sitting in Facebook for hours before anyone responded.
We have developed a complete integration of Facebook Lead Ads with GoHighLevel using webhooks and native GHL connectors. Whenever a lead fills out a Facebook Lead Ad form, their information is instantly pushed into the GoHighLevel CRM, tagged by campaign name, ad set, and audience segment.
The system automatically enrolls the lead in the appropriate nurture sequence based on the specific ad they responded to. It effectively tracks seven distinct audience segments at the same time, each with its own pipeline stage, tagging logic, and follow-up sequence.
Additionally, the sales team receives immediate notifications through Slack and email when a high-quality lead comes in, reducing response time from several hours to under two minutes, all automatically.
Challanges
